Valued bankcda customers,

We wanted to provide an update on bankcda’s re-opening plan and ongoing operations for the near term as we continue to deal with COVID-19. We will be re-opening all branch lobbies as of Monday, May 18th and resuming normal operating hours. In order to open, we will be implementing several precautionary measures for the health and safety of you, our customer, and our employees. Starting May 18th, the following precautions will be put in place:

  • A bank employee will be stationed at the branch entrance to act as a greeter. The greeter will be responsible for opening the doors for customers to limit contact, as well as, limiting the number of people inside the branch at any given time. The South entrance at our Northwest Blvd location will remain closed, requiring entry via the North entrance.
  • If you choose to wear a mask, you may be asked to remove your mask when entering the branch allowing our security cameras to capture an image of your face. Although this may be uncomfortable for some people, this is necessary for the protection of both customers and employees.
  • All teller stations will be at least six feet apart
  • Plexiglass dividers will be located at all lobby locations where customer transactions are handled. Workstations will be disinfected after every customer transaction is complete
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at all locations where customer transactions are handled.
  • All bankcda employees have been issued masks, and will be encouraged to wear the masks in all customer facing areas, but we will not require employees to wear a mask.

If you are uncomfortable with any of the above measures, you can continue to use the drive-thru or contact us for an appointment allowing us to provide a more comfortable environment.

Although we are resuming normal operations, we still encourage all customers to continue utilizing digital banking channels and drive-thru lanes unless you need service that can only be handled in the branch.
